Post construction cleaning rates are on hourly rate of $38.25/hr.

4BR – 1500 – 1800sqft takes 2 cleaners 6 hours to clean.
2cleaners × 6 hours × $38.25/hour = $459
Post renovation cleaning is done per hour rate of $38.25/hour
